They include The Evolution of Religion (2007), The Evolutionary Epic: Science’s Story and Humanity’s Response (2008), and Science, Wisdom, and the Future: Humanity’s Quest for a Flourishing Earth (2009) (www.EpicandFutures.org). She also compiled and edited the conference books that developed out of these conferences and is the Managing Editor for the Collins Foundation Press that publishes them . Genet is an adjunct professor of philosophy at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, California, and an instructor for California Polytechnic State University’s Osher Institute for Life-Long Learning.

Comments from others:

" I enjoyed your class far more than any other course this semester and that is entirely because you are a delightful and proficient professor, you are impassioned and enjoy what you do, and you genuinely care about your students and their education."
Nick Guggisberg.

"Thank you for doing such a good job with the class. I feel that I greatly increased my knowledge of philosophy and clarified many points in my mind on my personal philosophy. I would highly recommend your class to anyone who had any interest in philosophy."
Ian McClellan

" I think you are an amazing teacher! I feel like you really try to help all of your students and you have such a positive optimistic attitude towards us! I think a lot of teachers are just there to give us the information, but you really want us to learn and succeed!  I have talked to others in the class and they all agree you are a wonderful teacher!"
Lauren Cobrae

Comments from others:

“You certainly had them in the palm of your hand! And I liked the way that cosmological content was woven into song and recitation – plus humor, which is often sadly lacking in scientific exposition of any kind.”
Jay Ingram
, science journalist, author and host of the television show, Daily Planet

“At our earth-honoring Easter service, Pauline not only lifted our hearts and imaginations into the new Universe Story, but joyful voices easily became wind, and rain, and creatures large and small. Her light-hearted and powerful presence encourages participation of all ages.”
Diane Shiner, former Program Director, Whidbey Institute, WA

“Pauline, I just loved the vocal playshop, and your presence Sunday was magnificent. Thank you so much.”
Diane Shiner, former Program Director, Whidbey Institute, WA

“Pauline's workshops change lives. I witnessed shy people, who have never sung, flower into their purest, most lovely essence.”
Corbin Keep, Vocal Playshop participant
